Ice hockey: Dynamo Minsk keep play-off hopes alive after beating Riga away
On Monday, January 25 Dynamo Minsk edged the traditional neighbor rivals Dynamo Riga 3:0 (1:0, 2:0, 0:0).
The Belarusian side finally has stopped a five-match losing stretch in the Continetal Hockey League (KHL). Andrei Kavalou's team has 71 points and lies 10th in the Western Conference after 52 matches.
The Minsk side will clash with SKA St Petersburg at home on January 277 at 19.30 local time.
Kavalou insists his boys still have chances to play off.
