Ice Hockey: Glen Hanlon returning to Belarus?
The ice hockey specialist quit the position of the assistant coach in the WHL club Vancouver Giants.
According to tut.by, Hanlon will work outside North America. As for Belarus, nothing has been confirmed officially but our country may be the most possible variant of the continuation of his career.
The newspaper Pressball first informed about the possibility of the Canadian's return to the position of the national team head coach two weeks ago. According to the newspaper's information, 56-year-old Glen Hanlon is the most likely to get the position. He headed our national team in 2005-2006, and in 2008-2009. The Belarusians achieved the highest results under his leadership - the 6th place in 2006.
