Kapski: BATE wages delayed for first time
The head of the club administration has commented on BATE’s victory over Spanish Athletic in the group stage of the Champions league (2:1).
BATE players may turn him out from the locker room, Anatol Kaspki thinks. He explained to Pressball:
“Alyaksandr Zaharchanka (deputy head of BATE administration) and I decided to make some conclusions after the match with Naftan (the Belarus Cup match ended in a draw 2:2 – Euroradio). The players’ wages have been delayed for the first time in BATE – it will be done one of these days. I do not think that my pressure on the team has helped. They are just more motivated to play in the Champions League than in the national championship.”
