Lithuanian PM hopes Belarus to change plans on nuclear power plant project
The cooperation with Belarus in the field of nuclear energy might convince neighbours to refuse from plans to construct a nuclear power plant near the border with Lithuania, according to the statement of Lithuanian PM Andrus Kubiljus, reports Belapan. In the view of the politician, if Lithuania makes steps to build its own nuclear power plant and have consultations with its neighbours, then Belarus' some plans would possibly change.
