Lukashenka: Belarusians to get enough food (video)
The Belarus president tells MPs food is not a worry in the light of Russia's standoff with the Western producers.
The ratification of the agreement on the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union, education problems and the necessity to pay more attention to studying Belarusian at school were discussed.
The export of products to Russia is under control, Alyaksandr Lukashenka stressed.
Lukashenka: “There will be enough food. Speaking about the prices, I have ordered to control them too. The prices for some goods have increased by 30-40% or even 50% in Russia… I see no problem in it and I doubt there may be any in the future.”
Belarusians will be provided with products, Alyaksandr Lukashenka promised. More products can be bought from the EU, Ukraine and other states at any moment, he noted.
