Lukashenka: This holiday brings hope in the victory of good
Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenka has appealed to the Christians in Belarus that celebrate Easter on March 23.
"The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the main symbol of the spiritual revival. This gives hope in the victory of good and presents a hope that the bad satyed in the past, while the presence and the future will bring peace and wealth", Lukashenka wrote in his statement.
He wished the citizens of the country "good health and all the luck in their deeds and a lot of life strength and optimism".
"Let these wonderful spring days be trully festive and the happiest to you and your beloved oned. Let these days warm your families with warmth and mutual understanding and fill their hearts with spiritual light", Lukashenka's congratulation said.
