Lukashenka: Respect Belarusians, accept Lukashenka (video)
"It is not your business whether you like me or not,” Alyaksandr Lukashenka announced at a press conference in Moscow.
The Belarusian President took part in negotiations of the CSTO and Eurasian Economic Union leaders in Moscow on December 23. According to him, foreign ill-wishers are unable to displace him. Only the Belarusian people can do it.
Lukashenka also commented on insults in some countries’ mass media (especially Russia).
Lukashenka: “I have already told Vladimir Putin that the fact that journalists from our brotherly states may start insulting us is inadmissible. It should not be endured. It is not your business whether you like me or not, whether I am bad or good. The people elected me. Respect Belarusians, accept Lukashenka.”
Alyaksandr Lukashenka commented on the restrictions imposed on the supplies of Belarusian products to Russia and the ban imposed on transit from the Belarusian territory. Russian Agricultural Inspectorate did it without consulting the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Russian President, he said.
