At the meeting with U.S. President's advisor John Bolton in the Independence Palace in Minsk, Alyaksandr Lukashenka sent presents to Donald Trump. Bolton received an exclusive set of chocolate made for the 2nd Eurogames, the album "Heritage of Belarus". "You'll see what Belarus is while browsing it on the plane," BelTA quotes Lukashenka.
For Donald Trump, Alyaksandr Lukashenka gave Bolton a dirk with the Belarusian armament and the coat of arms of Belarus. He joked that he "rooted for Trump" at the last elections and thus "interfered" in the U.S. elections. The wife of American President Melania received a gift of Belarusian linen: a tablecloth with napkins.
As a farewell, Lukashenka conveyed the warmest wishes of his people to the U.S. president. He also reminded that Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner's roots are in Belarus.
