Lukashenka suggests creating top-security colony for drug dealers
He has called them ‘murderers slowing killing the society’.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has suggested creating a colony with very strict rules for drug dealers. He announced it at a drug trafficking prevention meeting on December 4.
"The fact that they may be jailed in that colony may stop drug dealers the same way the possibility of being jailed stops them. They are murderers slowly killing the society,” BELTA quotes the Belarusian leader.
The conditions in hospitals for drug addicts should be very strict too. This should be the main treatment method, Lukashenka thinks.
It is very important to detain drug producers and drug dealers to fight drug trafficking efficiently, Lukashenka believes.
