Lukashenka's administration asks for proposals on economic liberalization
The National
Confederation of Entrepreneurs has submitted its proposals on economic
liberalization to Alyaksandr Lukashenka's Presidential Administration.
Uladzimir Karahin, leader of the confederation, said that the 25 proposals were elaborated at a request from the Presidential Administration. The measures deal with price controls, the labor market and wages.

"It is
necessary to make progress," Karyahin told Euroradio. "It is easy for the
authorities to free energy inherent in private businesses. Both the government
and private businesses would benefit from it."
