18.26 Leader of Svodova Oleh Tyahnybok is speaking in Maidan. He says that people from the provinces are trying to reach Kiev. He has asked women to leave Maidan if Berkut attacks.
"We need to build a new state. But we need to withstand. We want to tell the riot police: serve the people instead of the gang that is using you for fighting people. We are regrouping now. There are a lot of wounded people – about 1.5 thousand activists. Many are missing.”

17.00 Chernovets Oblast governor has resigned. The opposition promised him to stop mass riots.
