Maksim Vinyarski sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest
Activist of the European Belarus campaign was detained by police in Minsk on August 29 when on his way to the memorial in Kurapaty.
A few days before this Vinyarski was summoned to the police precinct and asked to sign a paper on prevention of anti-extremist activity, but he refused to do so.
Judgment on Maksim Vinyarski's case was passed by the Soviet district court of the capital. He was punished for "resisting arrest", reported BelaPAN.
It should be recalled that last week Soviet district court heard the case against the friend of anarchist movement Raman Halilau for "possession of extremist materials." He was arrested for 10 days. The other day, opposition activists Pavel Vinagradau and Dzmitry Kremenetsky were sentenced to 10 days in jail.
