Microsoft buys Nokia for €5.4 billion
The American company has acquired the Finnish cell phone business Nokia.
Nokia used to be the leader in the cell phone market until 2011. However, it has been behind Samsung and Apple for several years already.
Microsoft has the right to use the company’s cell phone production patents now, BB reports.
