Mikalai Ladutska: Wage increase should be restricted in Minsk
The head of Minsk City Executive Committee has claimed it today.
The meeting was dedicated to the results of the social and economic development of Minsk in January-June 2013. Ladutska said that there could be no unreasonable wage increase in the current economic satiation in the capital, Minsk-News reports.
Some enterprises have already reached the maximum wage level and need to stop, the head of Minsk City Executive Committee claimed. “We have already reached the maximum average level that should exist in Minsk,” Ladutska thinks. Meanwhile, he agreed that wages should increase in certain enterprises depending on whether they are able to sell their goods.
The nominal average wage reached 6 million 305 thousand roubles or 726 dollars in Minsk in May 2013, Minsk City Executive Committee reports.
