Millions of Polish students suffer from depression
One in five out of 5 million students in Poland has symptoms of depression.
This situation is unique in the whole world, the specialists say.
Guys and girls feel anxiety, they have a bad mood, they try to refrain from contacts with their peers. Teachers that could point out the weak spots of a student or even mock at him are said to be among the reasons that cause depression.
The specialists say that there is a need for educational reform at all levels, starting from elementary school finishing with universities, in order to change the situations. The teachers should look for a student's stronger sides and pull them out as everyone has a talent, notes the TV-channel TVN24.
