FC Dynamo Minsk fans convoyed like prisoners in Hrodna
The Minsk club files a complaint about the actions of the police and the organizers of the Bealrusian Championship match against FC Nyoman Hrodna.
Information about fans’ trip to an out match in Hrodna has appeared on the official website of FC Dynama Minsk. The group of fans was convoyed from Minsk like prisoners. They were not allowed to stop at normal cafés and toilets on the way to Hrodna. The fans were encircled by turnstiles and could not buy fast food in Hrodna stadium. As a result, the people left Minsk at 6 a.m. and had to starve until 3 p.m. Employees of FC Dynama Minsk were also treated this way: the security officer, marketer and specialist responsible for working with fans.
The club has sent complaints to the police. Similar complaints have also been sent to the organizers of the match. The club has promised to make the responses public.
“People brought their children and wives. We will make the replies public as soon as we get them. People go to hockey and to football but the attitude is totally different,” press secretary of FC Dynama Minsk Vasil Knyazyuk told Euroradio.
By the way, Dynama fans have received access to a new ticket programme in Belarus this year. It allowed attending out matches. Nothing bad happened during such bus trips last year. That is why the attitude in Hrodna was an unpleasant surprise for Minsk fans.
