Minsk emergency doctors have started using dictaphones. The experiment is being conducted in the microdistrict Serabranka now. Conversations between patients and doctors will be recorded.
Sometimes people insult medics, SB. Belarus Today reports. People also complain about doctors from time to time. The innovation should help both sides ‘control their emotions’.
By the way, dictaphones should be used openly and doctors have to warn patients and their relatives about it. The records will be kept for 45 days. If the experiment proves the efficiency of the innovation, all emergency doctors will be equipped with dictaphones this year.
