Minsk flooded again (photo)
Traffic is blocked in many places.
A strong flood has hit Minsk this morning. Nyamiha and the intersection of Dzyarzhynski Avenue and Rosa Luxemburg Street are flooded. Moreover, there are huge pools near the concert hall Minsk, at the intersection of Aleh Kashavy Street and Partisan Avenue, in Trastsyanetskaya Street, in Zyalyony Luh and in Panamarenka Street. Trolleybuses have stopped near the railway station. The traffic in Lahoiski Tract is blocked too.
