Minsk to host short film festival Cinema Perpetuum Mobile
The anniversary 5th international short film festival Cinema Perpetuum Mobile will be held in Minsk on April 8-17.
The festival program includes original works from more than 100 countries, BelTA reports. Organizers promised fiction, documentary, experimental and animated films. In addition, it will show new works of Belarusian producers and several non-competitive programs.
The event is believed to be visited by the directors and experts in the field of cinema from Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Scotland and Ukraine.
The international short film festival Cinema Perpetuum Mobile was founded in 2011. It is aimed at promoting independent films, the development of the Belarusian cinema. In addition, the aim of the festival is to create a platform for dialogue between cinema lovers and film fans around the world.
