Minsk subway chief under investigation

Police have instituted negligence proceedings against the Minsk subway chief.

The official is accused of paying twice to a construction company for the same service, reports the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda v Belarusi.

 

The Minsk subways reportedly lost about $140 as a result of alleged negligence.
