Payments with bank cards were disrupted in Minsk's shops in the evening of June 20.
Shops in Minsk were either not accepting payment cards or warned about possible problems with card tfransactions, reports interfax.by. Brest residents also report problems with bank cards.
The Banking Processing Center has not announced any scheduled maintenance works.
