Nadzeya Katkavets back in Minsk for new post at presidential administration
Lukashenka's long-time cadre returns from Moscow as deputy head of property management department at Office of the President
Iosif Rolich has been relieved from the position in connection with another appointment, BelTA reports.
Nadzeya Katkavets became famous among Belarusian officials after a press conference at the beginning of 2011. This picturesque figure was senior deputy of the Minister of Agriculture back then. The video of her speech became a hit in bynet.
Katkavets became head of the EurAsEC Agricultural Policy Department in Moscow . She will return to Minsk now.
