NATO and EU not to render military assistance to Ukraine
Neither NATO nor the EU can render military assistance to Ukraine, Finnish PM Alexander Stubb claimed.

"It is impossible because the Alliance can only help its members and it is known very well. The EU is unable to provide such support either,” Alexander Stubb said.
It is necessary to conclude a truce. Whether pro-Russia separatists are ready to cease fire or not is ‘a one thousand euro question’, he said. The previous negotiations have not yielded any good results so far, he added.
Russia and the EU are going through a protracted period of delicate relations, the Finnish PM noted. The war in Georgia in 2008 and the crisis in Ukraine have demonstrated that Russia is ready to use force to support its policy. This situation needs to be changed, he stressed.
The European Union and NATO should find strength to render military assistance to Kiev, Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Klimkin claimed in Berlin.
