NATO and EU not to render military assistance to Ukraine

Russia and the EU are going through a protracted period of delicate relations, the Finnish PM noted.  The war in Georgia in 2008 and the crisis in Ukraine have demonstrated that Russia is ready to use force to support its policy. This situation needs to be changed, he stressed.
