New Russian humanitarian convoy approaches Ukraine

Deputy head of the National Centre for Crisis Situations of the Russian EMC Oleg Voronov said that the column with humanitarian aid for inhabitants of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts of Ukraine had arrived in Rostov Oblast, TASS reports.
"The convoy of 100 trucks has reached Rostov Oblast without any issues,” he said.
The drivers feel fine and all the trucks are in a good condition, Voronov noted. 100 trucks are said to be transporting 1 ton of humanitarian aid for inhabitants of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts – construction materials, food, medicines and equipment needed to prepare for winter.
