‘Offended’ policeman does not attend Vinyarski’s trial
The trial of the European Belarus activist has been postponed.
Activist of the European Belarus Maksim Vinyarski had to stand trial in Smalyavichy District Court on May 20. He was accused of insulting a policeman. However, the trial has been postponed because the aggrieved person, police lieutenant Lositsa, did not come to court, charter97.org reports.
Policemen detained Maksim Vinyarski near Smalyavichy detention centre when he was waiting for Leanid Kulakou’s release. The oppositionist called one of the policemen ‘a blood-sucker’. He was detained for it.
