Office of Public Prosecutor studies different versions of Aleh Byabenin’s death
“Charter’97” informs that the suicide version is not the only one being checked by the police. Policemen are trying to find out whether there could be any other circumstances of the journalist’s death. The press secretary of Minsk Region Office of the Public Prosecutor Tatstsyana Kalinina has informed a Russian TV channel “Vesti” about it.
Thus, the leader of “European Belarus” Andrei Sannikau, a civil activist Uladzimir Kobets, a few Aleh’s relatives, his friends and neighbours in his house and summer house have already been interrogated. The press secretary of a civil campaign “European Belarus” Alyaksandr Atroshchykau and the coordinator of “European Belarus” Zmitser Bandarenka will be interrogated in the Office of the Public Prosecutor on September 8.
