Organization's name can be approved by regional authorities from Sep 10

Effective from September 10, profit-making and non-commercial organizations can seek approval of their names from the regional departments of justice, not from the Ministry of Justice as today, Belta quotes Nina Dubovik, a Ministry of Justice official as saying.
The approval procedure is necessary in order to avoid repetition of the names of legal entities.
