Phone numbers to be changed in Minsk
Phone numbers in the range 287-25-00 -- 287-29-99 will be replaced with the range 290-45-00 -- 290-49-99 on July 23.
An automatic informer will be installed after the replacement in order to inform people about the new numbers.
