Picketer detained, sent to psychiatric examination in Orsha

Orsha resident Raman Kuzmyankou has organized a solo picket in one of the city's neighborhoods. 

The young man became known after appearing in the centre of Orsha with the poster ‘nobody gets 500 here’ - a reference to the government's numerous promises to raise the average wage to an equivalent of $500. He was detained and fined BYN490. 

Kuzmyankou made another poster and stopped near a highway in the First Microdistrict on the morning of May 21. He was detained by the police some time later, orsha.eu reports. The young man did not stand any trial – he was sent to undergo a psychiatric examination straight away. The examination results will be ready on Monday.
