Pope to sell his Harley-Davidson
A Harley-Davidson and a leather jacket presented to Pope Francis last year will be auctioned in Paris.
The money will be spent on financing a free mess and accommodation for the homeless in Rome, BBC reports.
The motorcycle Dyna Super Glide was presented to the pontiff in honor of the 110th anniversary of Harley-Davidson. The Pope left a signature on its fuel tank. He planned to sell the motorcycle and spend the money on charity from the very beginning.
By the way, Francis refused from the expensive cars belonging to the Vatican earlier and is using a Ford Focus at the moment.
