Putin has no plans to meet Lukashenka in Sochi
The press office of President Aliaksandr Lukashenka reports he will spend this week in Sochi. Last February, Lukashenka met Vladimir Putin while on holidays at the Russian winter resport. In 2014, Lukashenk and Putin even played ice hockey in Sochi.
But this year, Putin is not scheduled to go to Sochi this week, Russian president's press office told Euroradio:
"No, there is no scheduled trip to Sochi [for Vladimir Putin]," the press office said. Russian president's spokesman Dmitry Peskov later confirmed this information.
In February, Aliaksandr Lukashenka usually spends his holidays in Sochi. His press office has not revealed any details about this year's visit to the Russian resort.
