Andrus Tsianiuta released
He served 10 days of administrative detention.
The "Young Front" activist's friends waited for him near the detention center at 16.00. However, the guards delivered Andrus to the Railway dustrict police department at midday, and he spent three hours and a half in a so-called "fish-tank" - a little cell 2x2 meters.
The civil activist was detained on September 20 in Yubileynaya Street. Andrus handed out leaflets with the information about the upcoming People's Assembly together with another activist, Vasil Takarenka. Andrus Tsianiuta announced a hunger-strike in the detention center, he used just water and juices. Civil activists Zmitser Shauchenka and Kastus Zhukouski, who were also detained for 15 days, were on a hunger-strike together with him, Radio Liberty reports.
