About 500 people gathered at the meeting. You could see transparencies “Young Front”, “We demand safety guarantees”, “Astravets NPP? No, thanks!”, “Fukushima. What next?” and “We do not need another Chernobyl”.
Former presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski, head of Nyaklyayeu’s election team Andrei Dzmitryyeu and leaders of the BPF Party Ryhor Kastusyou and Alyaksei Yanukevich were among the present.
People laid flowers and left candles near Chernobyl Chapel at the end of the meeting.
