Famous football coach Henadz Abramovich dies
The USSR master of sports and bronzewinner of the USSR Championship-1954, the coach of several famous teams died on August 17 in the age of 84.
Henadz Abramovich played for Minsk teams
"Spartak" and "Dynama" in 1950s-1960s. Then he finished his
career as a player and became a coach. He worked with the reserves in
"Dynama" Minsk, was a member of the coaching team of the USSR youth
national team in 1979, when the team won silver medals at the World Cup and got
the third place at the European Championship in Finland.
In the national
leagues, Abramovich headed the following teams "Ataka-407",
"Vedrych", "Tarpeda" (Minsk), "Belshyna",
"Arbita". He also worked in the mini-football teams
"Budzakaz" and "Darozhnik", reminds BelaPAN.
