IISEPS: Election boycotted by only 10%
The results of the national survey conducted in September have appeared.
The state leader's rating is stable - 29.7% in June and 31.6% in September, Independent Institute of Socio-Economic and Political Studies reports.
Belarusians still hope to live off the state's help instead on their own efforts (over 63% of pollees).
17.4% of electors voted early (on September 18-22) and 49% - on September 23. 9.6% said that they had boycotted the election and 24% said that they had not voted for other reasons.
