Over 600 motions in support of Ales Byalyatski collected in Belarus
Over 70 motions have been collected only in Mahilyou. Mahilyou human rights activist Alyaksei Kolchyn has informed about it.
According to him, people are eagerly giving signatures. Most of them are civil activists and people looking for legal assistance in human rights organizations.
Kolchyn says that very few people refuse to preset a motion in support of Byalyatski when they are asked to. The collection of motions in Mahilyou and all over the country continues. Fellow human rights defenders and activists of the Belarusian Association of Journalists are collecting them. Different organizations have already collected about 600 motions.
Let us remind you that it was announced that the famous human rights defender would stay in prison for two more months on August 12. He is accused of grand tax evasion.
