Smileys appear on Mahilyou traffic lights (photo)
Such traffic lights have already appeared in five places in Mahilyou.
The local driving inspectorate says that it has been done to lighten drivers and pedestrians’ mood and to avoid conflicts between them. The smileys have appeared on yellow lights, informs gorad.by.
