Protocol was signed by representatives of Kiev and the self-proclaimed republics PRD and PRL
It should be recalled that the Belarusian capital is hosting a regular meeting of the tripartite contact group (Ukraine - OSCE - Russia) to resolve the situation in the east of Ukraine. The Russian side is represented by the Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov. Ukraine is represented by ex-President Leonid Kuchma.
Among the participants of today's talks are "Prime Minister" of so-called People's Republic of Donetsk Alexander Zaharchenko, Deputy Prime Minister of PRD Andrei Purgin and the head of the so-called "People's Republic of Luhansk" Igor Platnitski.
