Russian convoy enters Ukraine without permission
About 60 KamAZ trucks are said to have already crossed the Ukrainian border.
The column of Russian humanitarian aid is already heading for Lugansk, UNIAN reports. The Russian President is aware of it, Putin’s press secretary Dmitri Peskov said. However, he refused to comment on the level the decision had been made at and did not say whether it had been discussed with Ukraine and citizen soldiers.
The Russian MFA has commented on the movement of the column. Russia is accusing Ukraine of deliberately creating obstacles to it. All the necessary documents have been sent to the Red Cross, Russian diplomats assure.
