Russian Minister of Culture fails to read Roman numerals
The curious incident has occurred at the opening ceremony of Moscow International Film Festival.
Minister of Culture Vladimir Myadinski could not read the numeral XXXVI (thirty six). This incident is being discussed in social networks now.
“The Minister of Culture. Couldn’t read. Roman numerals. Will Roman numerals be banned now?” Russian singer Inna Zhelannaya wrote on Facebook.
