Second hi-tech park to appear in Minsk
The second Hi-Tech Park may soon appear in Minsk, Mayor Mikalai Ladutska said in a statement. He also noted there has been a drop in the 'brain drain' from Minsk to foreign lands recently. There are nearly 25,000 programmers currently employed in the Belarusian capital. They helped to earn $500,000 for the city's budget last year.
