Singer Ruslana summoned to Ukraine's Prosecutor General
She gave testimony in the case of Berkut's brutal dispersal of Maidan action in Kyiv at night on November 30.
According to Ruslana, she found out about the summon to the Prosecutor general from the internet, but she did not exclude it was a joke. However, the information was confirmed and she went there to give testimony.
Ruslana has been an active participants of the protest actions ever since they started. She supported people at the hardest moments, spending nights in Maidan.
Head of Kyiv police Valery Karak and his deputy Petro Fedchuk are suspected in power abuse in the case of Maidan dispersal. Karak has been already suspended from work, as well as Deputy Secretary of the national Security Council Uladzimir Siukovich and Head of Kyiv City Council Olexandr Popov.
