Tatsiana Sieviarynets receves letter from EPP President
Wilfried Martens, President of the European People's Party, addressed to the mother of the KGB prisoner with the words of solidarity.
According to Mrs. Tatsiana, it is stated in the letter from Belgium that Wilfried Martens is shocked by the Dec. 19 events in Minsk, that he considers Paval Sieviarynets to be a significant personality, and is ready to take any efforts so that the situation in Belarus would normalize according to the principles of real democracy.
Tatsiana Sieviarynets says she has been touched by this letter and she is very grateful for the support and kind words to the address of her imprisoned son, Radio Liberty reports.
