Terrorist act prevented in Mariupol, policeman wounded (video)
Two more people were wounded in the clash.
Ukrainian policemen have prevented a terrorist act in Mariupol, UNIAN refers to head of Donetsk Oblast Department of the Interior Vyacheslav Abroskin.
A group of Sokol members and driving inspectors stopped a car to check people’s documents on the evening of February 23. There policemen were severely wounded in the shooting, one of them died in hospital.
One of the criminals was killed and the other one fled, Abroskin said. A bag with blasting assemblies was found in the militants’ car.
A bomb exploded during a peaceful manifestation in Kharkiv earlier, Euroradio reported. Two people were killed and one more person died of injuries on February 23.
