“They are trying to threaten me with middle of the road methods” – Syarhey Salash
Barysau Office of Public Prosecutor has pronounced and official warning to the head of the local affiliate of BNF Syarhey Salash. Salash explained ERB why it happened:
“It is connected with acting on behalf of an unregistered organization in the way Barysau office of Public Prosecutor understands it. A civil initiative “For clean Barysau” used to exist in the city.
Now it is a campaign having the same name. Probably the warning was pronounced because someone does not like its activities”.
The Office of Public Prosecutor warns Salash that he will be made responsible for his actions if he continues acting on behalf of the unregistered organization.
The activist says that the Office of Public Prosecutor has already threatened him with a possibility to start a criminal case against him. Tax inspectors have also got interested in him. “They are trying to threaten me with middle of the road methods”, — says Syarhey Salash.
