Turov Gospel facsimile presented in Minsk (video)
This is the oldest Belarusian literary monument created almost a thousand years ago.
The unique monument has been copied with the help of the newest technologies and all the features of the original have been preserved. 500 copies have been made. By the way, the manuscript is kept in the library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, Belarus-1 reports.
Turov Gospel consists of 10 sheets of parchment containing religious readings and even 11th-centrury parables. New Belarusian schools may receive the copies.
