Ukrainian anti-terrorist operation resumed in Kramatorsk
Ukrainian riot policemen repulsed terrorists’ attack on the TV tower in this Donetsk Oblast city last night.
Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov said that the anti-terrorist operation would not stop and would be resumed, news. liga.net reports.
An active stage of the anti-terrorist operation started in Slaviansk (Donetsk Oblast) on May 2. Militants shot down two Ukrainian helicopters and shot at one more. The Ministry of Defence confirmed the death of four Ukrainian soldiers. A lot of separatists were killed.
Almost the whole city has already been cleared from terrorists, the National Guard reports. The Ukrainian riot police have managed to seize all the strongholds in Sloviansk and a lot of terrorists have been killed, acting Ukrainian President Oleksandr Turchynov announced.
