Ukrainian describes tortures in captivity (video)
Maidan activist and volunteer Irina Boiko spent 99 days in captivity – she was seized by Donetsk Basin terrorists.
The woman described the appalling tortures she had experienced in captivity. She retuned home without a phalanx.
Irina Boiko was captured by terrorists in mid June when she was delivering products for Ukrainian troops in Lugansk Oblast together with her friends. “Don Cossacks” stopped their car.
"They are real sadists,” the woman described. “They tortured us a lot. They hit us with rubber batons and metal rods, hammers and drilled our bones. They put spoons under our eye-lids trying to remove the eyes. One of my eyes can hardly see anything now. To save the girls and boys, I told them that I was the leader of the group and that we were performing a charitable mission. ‘You have brought food for Ukrainian troops, bitch. Do you call it a charitable mission?’” terrorists shouted and kept torturing me. My face turned into a bloody mess by the morning…”
They cut off Irina’s finger with scissors during the first night. She said that they had hit her for every Ukrainian word, obozrevatel.com reports.
