Vladimir Putin to visit Minsk on February 25

The Supreme Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia will gather in Minsk on February 25. Alyaksandr Lukashenka will preside there. Russian President Vladimir Putin will also arrive in Minsk. ‘More than a dozen issues covering all the spheres of the Union State’ will be on the agenda, the Belarusian President’s press service reported on Monday.

Lukashenka suggested organizing the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Union State in Minsk in January. Moscow supported the initiative.

The previous meeting of the Council was held in Moscow in March 2015.
