Discussion on counteraction to ‘color revolutions’ in Minsk
A special round-table discussion will be organized in the Belarusian capital today.
It will be dedicated to ‘cooperation of the authorities and society in order to resist foreign intervention’ and ‘color revolutions’. Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolai Bordyuzha will make a speech there.
Participants of the meeting will discuss ‘mechanisms of foreign intervention’, RIA Novosti reports. Situations in the USSR, Yugoslavia, Russia, Georgia, Libya, Egypt will be analyzed at the meeting. The current situations in Ukraine, Afghanistan and Syria will also be considered. Participants will discuss ‘the usage of instigators (terrorists, extremists and mercenaries) by external forces.
Participants of the round-table discussion will also study how destabilization of social and political situation in the countries that may potentially face ‘colour revolutions’ is funded. Special attention will be applied to the techniques of counteraction to ‘colour revolutions’.
